There are 2 ways to get there:
1) By taxi
2) By jeep
1) By Taxi
From your place within Metro Manila, you can ride a taxi and say you are going to SuperFerry Pier. Location is near or besides the Manila Hotel.
2) By Jeep
From what I observed, there are jeeps plying the Pier route. I would drop off at Lawton then ride a jeep from there to SuperFerry pier. The jeep will go along the sides of Intramuros, the road is between Intramuros and Luneta Park. This road is the P. Burgos Ave. Then it will turn right at Bonifacio Drive. Then you’ll see Manila Hotel. It’s really near. Walking distance.
3) By Jeep and Taxi
Ride a taxi first, then alight at Lawton, then ride a jeep. Or, ride jeep or bus to Lawton, then ride taxi to Superferry. If you ride a taxi, position yourself on the road going to Luneta Park. Follow the road I described in (2).
